The Bottom Line was a legendary music club located in Greenwich Village in New York City at 15 West 4th Street. The club opened in 1974 and hosted iconic performance over the next 30 years. The club held about 400 people in a cabaret style seating arrangement allowing close-up intimate views from anywhere in the club.
The club hosted (and in some cases helped launch) stars such as Bruce Springsteen, Prince, Patti Smith, The Police, and of course, the legendary Lou Reed.
