For my entire life I have been fascinated with lighthouses. As a lifelong New Englander I grew up around so many of these amazing structures and have always been drawn to them. Mukilteo Lighthouse is located in Washington and was built beginning in 1905. Unlike most lighthouses of the era, Mukilteo light was built with wood rather than brick and concrete.
